About
The thin sheet of 3mm (⅛’’) stainless steel deposited on this elegant wooden furniture is truly stunning. It creates the effect of a thin blade of ice, symbolizing the marriage of wood and metal, warmth and cold, matte and glossy, which is a classic in the eyes of designers. However, stainless steel lends itself to other combinations as well. Glass, marble, concrete, and leather can also complement this beautiful polished metal.
It is a work surface that allows for efficient cooking and withstands thermal shocks. It is also a design piece that dominates, imposing its stature and signature in terms of appearance. The wood, on the other hand, recalls the elegance of Scandinavian style.
Our preferred material is suitable for the bold concepts of contemporary enthusiasts. However, stainless steel has also resulted in beautiful successes in the context of traditional design. It's a matter of perspective and taste.
Specifics:
The sheet metal countertops are made from a 3mm (⅛’’) brushed stainless steel sheet of grade 304#4. To facilitate installation on the cabinets, a 18mm wooden board is pressure-bonded underneath the stainless steel sheet in the factory.
Furthermore, the edges of the stainless steel sheet are polished to match the grain of the stainless steel to the work surface.
