Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. VEOS INOX reserves the right to correct any errors in the prices listed on the Site. VEOS INOX may, at its discretion, modify, refuse, or cancel any order, purchase, or promotion due to a system error, price error, fraud, or any cause beyond its control.


To place an order or purchase products displayed on the Site, you will need to enter certain information, including information on the credit card used for payment and billing related to the order. By providing this information, you warrant that it is both accurate and up to date. Placing an order or making a purchase confirms that you agree to pay all charges incurred by yourself or the user of your credit card in connection with the order placed.

Orders and purchases made on the Site are subject to a process that compares the information provided by the consumer on our Site with the consumer information provided by their financial institution. This process may result in a delay in processing the order.

Product Availability

We will make reasonable commercial efforts to deliver the products ordered to you as quickly as possible and within the indicated timeframes, but these are provided on an approximate basis only. All products are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping agreements and beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from a delivery delay. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are not received because the recipient address you provided is incorrect. Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct. We reserve the right not to make delivery to certain addresses or to certain post office boxes located in post offices.


VEOX INOX offers a limited warranty for up to 4 months from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects, materials, or design. A written claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of shipment by VEOS INOX.

Return or Exchange Policy

No returns of products purchased or ordered online can be made. Sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Sales and orders made on the Site are final and cannot be canceled or modified, except for reasons specifically provided by law.

Force Majeure

VEOS INOX shall not be liable for any type of contractual non-performance caused by fire, force majeure, war, embargo, riot, terrorist act, police act, labor conflict, strike, shortage of labor, shortage of transportation, shortage of fuel, shortage of electricity, import or export restrictions, monetary restrictions, shortage of raw materials, non-performance of subcontractors, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of VEOS INOX, even foreseeable.



If cartons, cases, or goods received by the Customer are damaged, or if the quantities received by the Customer do not match the quantities indicated on the shipping documents, the Customer must file a written claim within 3 working days after receiving the goods. All discrepancies and damages must be written on the transport invoice and must also be signed by the driver.



All documents submitted by VEOS INOX such as submissions, invoices, technical or commercial data, quotes, drawings, sketches, photographs, digital documents are confidential and will not be shared or transmitted to third parties outside the Customer's organization.



Shipping Policy


If the products are in stock in the VEOS INOX warehouse, VEOS INOX will endeavor to ship them quickly. VEOS INOX generally ships within 2-3 business days following receipt of an acceptable purchase order.


If the products are not in stock or need to be custom-made or assembled, VEOS INOX will inform the customer of the time required for the goods to be ready for shipping.

The shipping costs listed on the VEOS INOX website must be verified with carriers and must be approved by VEOS INOX upon receipt of the customer's purchase order. Please note that this verification procedure is necessary because shipping costs depend greatly on factors beyond the control of VEOS INOX. Some services may not be available at the physical location of a given customer..


VEOS INOX does not guarantee delivery dates or delivery times. Once the goods are provided to carriers, subsequent events are beyond the control of VEOS INOX.


If special services such as a tailgate, advance notice of delivery, etc., are required, additional charges will be added to the invoice for the customer. If additional charges are incurred, such as an unusually long wait imposed on drivers or the absence of reception staff during business hours, they will be added to the invoice.
